This work captures the Providence skyline as seen from the park on South Water Street on a beautiful, cloud-free day. And since the new tower at the Westin can be seen under construction, it’s easy to date when the picture was taken!  Artist Peter Smith’s works can be seen at the Attleboro Art Museum as well as at the Back Yard Gallery in Narragansett.
