Item #569 is this beautiful set of Navajo diamond-cut, turquoise beads. Donated by Southwest Passage of Providence, it’s valued at $270. Created by a Navajo artisan in Albuquerque, the six strands of square turquoise beads feature edges that are diamond-cut, to add shine. The solid turquoise clasp may be worn at the back or visible on the side. It’s a great example of the fine objects brought to New England by Southwest Passage.
