"Know Your Rights" Pizza Party

Former federal prosecutor and current adjunct professor in criminal procedure at UC Hastings (and Urban parent!) will give 15 students a crash course in street law, teaching what to say and do - and what not to say and do - if approached by the police while in your car, home, or simply walking down the street 

Partygoers will learn their basic Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights, view informative ACLU film clips, and be invited to ask any and all questions related to their civil rights as they pertain to search, seizure, interrogation and the right to counsel. Pizza and drinks will be provided.

It never hurts to know your rights.
