Salsa by the Bay! 25 friends will gather in a gorgeous hilltop home in Tiburon with smashing views of the San Francisco Bay. The evening begins with a fun Mexican dinner served by the Live Auction Committee and accompanied by a tequila tasting - que rico, que deliciosa! Dinner is followed by salsa lessons by Urban parent and expert dancer, Julio Leon. Like any great salsa, the dance is a "mixture" of ingredients including Caribbean, African and European influences on the music and the dance steps. Practice your "shines" as you and your friends salsa the night away with Julio as your guide to the taps, kicks and swaying hips that make salsa the sexiest dance around. No need to worry about transportation, because you will be chauffered to and from the party by The Mexican Bus (owned and operated by an Urban alum!).
