MY GYM offers age-appropriate classes - Monday -Saturday for children 3 months to 11 years of age including fun physical activities such as gymnastics, tumbling, games, music and much more. MY GYM helps build self-esteem and confidence in a non-competitive and positive environment. High energy birthday parties are held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
