Spin instructor Michele Levy will lead you and up to 20 friends through a high energy hour-long spinning class.  And what's even better ... you chose the music!  Michele will make a class playlist based on your favorite workout tunes ,,, 80's techno, disco, Motown, rock, you name it ... as long as it's got a strong beat to spin to.  So gather your cycling (or noncycling) buddies, send Michele your playlist and be prepared to sweat!  

Class will be held at Spynergy Cycling Studio in Newtonville. No cycling experience necessary.
