The house will be made available for one summer weekend, including 3 nights and 2 days.

Just 2 hours north of Boston, this home is located in Lebanon, Maine. This beautiful house sleeps at least 14 people, with 4 bedrooms and 6 other sleeping areas. There are 2.5 baths and a hot tub. The association has a private beach at the end of the road.  Winner would have use of a canoe and 2 kayaks.  

House is about 20 miles due west of the coast (Ogunquit).  It’s an hour from Kittery, Freeport, North Conway and Portland.  It’s also about 20 minutes from Lake Sunapee and Lake Winnipesaukee.  The closest big towns are Rochester NH and Sanford ME. 

The lake is great for kids because it is small, and there are many shallow spots. There are lots of wild blueberries, strawberries and blackberries depending on the time of the summer.  The house is very quaint (but big).  It’s a log cabin style but recently renovated/big addition.
