"Dumbo" ashtray

Description
This is a charming ceramic of a baby elephant on a pillow ashtray. It is unlikely that is is Disney's Dumbo, but he is a nice little fellow. If he looks familiar, he made an appearance at last year's LHAT silent auction in Atlanta. Now back by popular demand (my wife's).

Special Instructions
I can't read the mark on the inside of the piece, but it was made in Wichita, Kansas. The piece comes cushioned in a 1953 issue of the Los Angeles Times. It would appear that it has been in this box since it was wrapped.
