These 8 cemetery lots in Chapel Hill Gardens West in Oakbrook Il were purchased and originally intended to serve as a family plot. They are located in the Garden of Ascension with huge mature trees gracing the area. I doubt if there are any other available lots in this area. The family has since moved. The cemetery has informed us that such lots sell for $3195.00 apiece. We would like to receive $1200 each but are starting the bidding at 250 each.  We are willing to split these lots into two four-plot groupings if needed.  However, this is a very established, high-end cemetery, and you could easily re-sell lots if you don’t need all 8. Bidding is  BY THE LOT.
