You are bidding on a comprehensive (level 3) anaysis of your energy use.  This comprehensive analysis includes the following:

• Using infared cameras you will be shown the problem areas of your home, and receive suggestions on how you may fix them.


• Using a blower door fan, your home will be depressurized, allowing the volume of air coming through cracks and holes to be measured.  This test actually measures how well your home "envelope" performs, and highlights the unneccessary flow of air in and out of your house.


• You will receive a prioritized list of proposed fixes, showing you what to do to save money, and the order in which you may apply these fixes that would be most cost effective for you.


• Included also is an analysis of major and minor appliances with phantom energy consumption (per appliance), and a lighting analysis with the savings you could receive by making some very simple changes.
