Guided Caving Trip

Come for a day of adventure to the Grassy Cove Salt Peter Cave.  Meet your guide and spend the day exploring the cave.  A group of up to four individuals may come on this day long tour.  You are guaranteed to see a bat or two. 

We will pick a Saturday mutually convenient and caravan to the cave location.  Bump caps and flashlights will be provided. Please bring clothes you do not mind getting dirty. The cave is dry and dusty.  Dust masks are recommended.  Bring your lunch, water and a light jacket in a daypack as the cave temperature is near 60 degrees year round.  The trip can be tailored to accommodate most fitness levels and most age groups.  There is a twenty-minute hike to the mouth of the cave.  Your tour guide has led Boy Scout trips in the cave for the last 15 years and hasn't lost anyone (for long) yet!
