Reservations are based upon availability and require a minimum of 48-hour notice.  This certificate is non-transferable and holds no cash value.  Expiration date cannot be extended.  Transportation provided to and from Black Canyon River Adventures from most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip.  Winner must be 21 years of age or older and must agree to all Forever Resorts terms and conditions to confirm reservations.  *Note:  Certificate does not include the $3.00 National Park Service entrance fee.  Expiration date:  05/01/10.
