Tanya and Paul (who is head chef at Spice Restaurants in NY) will come to your home and help you prepare 5 Thai appetizers for 6 of your closest friends...or you could just forget about your friends and eat them all yourself. 

With your help, they will prepare a dozen of each of the 5 dishes and they will supply all the materials to create them.
