Our professional maids will help keep your home looking and smelling clean and fresh, so you don't have to. Prior to your first cleaning, we will arrange for a representative from Cross Services Group to meet you at your home to discuss your cleaning needs.

• Team method of cleaning (at least two service providers in your home)


• We try our very best to send the same team to your home (at least one person will be familiar with your home)


• We bring all our own cleaning supplies and vacuum (unless otherwise specified)


• Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly schedule


• Move in or move out cleaning


• Special Occasion cleaning (holidays, birthdays, anniversaries)


• Courteous professionals answering the phones who can help you to schedule an appointment, take a special cleaning request or answer any questions you may have


• Periodic follow-up survey and quality control phone calls to assure of your complete satisfaction
