Up for auction is a 10% discount that will be applied to the total amount of the contract for the work to be done.  All work must be contracted by May 1, 2009.  (Approximate savings on a job like the one pictured, we completed in 2008, would be $3300.00.  Also, average savings on a replacement window job would be $700-$1200.  Savings on an average siding job would be $1000-$1500.  All savings pending the size of the job.)
