Availability is negotiable; a limited number of blackout dates are in effect- Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks. Also, the unit is now being rented on short term contracts (e.g. 6 weeks; 3 months, etc) and winning bidder must work around existing rental commitments. Once bid is won, we encourage winner to pick and confirm dates for use so we can plan the future rental schedule.
