Two exclusive Access Gold Charity passes to the 2009 Tribeca Film Festival, with each pass including access for one person to attend regular and premium screenings, panel discussions and lounges - plus, one night stay in a Superior Room at the luxurious Greenwich Hotel. 

Restrictions: Two passes only, valid for 2009 Tribeca Film Festival running from April 22, 2009 to May 3,2009, passholders must be 21 or older.  Stay at Greenwich Hotel must take place by December 20, 2009 and is subject to availability.
