The Nia class will be held at Meridian Sports Club at 1001 4^th Street downtown SR. The class will begin at 10:30.

The class is one hour and the brunch will begin at Sarah's house at 12:30, which allows time for the ladies to shower at the club or stop at home.

The brunch will last until 2:00 or 2:30.
