The condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath (1600 sq ft) with a glassed in balcony (a plus in the summer when A/C might be a concern). It has a full kitchen and a clothes washer. The condo has access to a pool and tennis courts, and of course the beach!
The condo is on the west side of Hutchinson Island, so it gets the sunsets over the water.
It is 2 hours from both Orlando and Miami.
Special Instructions
The owners are not planning on being back there until Fall, so you have your choice of any period this Summer, up to 14 days if you would like. You will need to 'de-summerize' the condo when you arrive, turning on the appliances and 're-summerize' it, turning everything off when you leave, but it will be good and clean and ready for you!
