Twin Peaks Ranch, nestled in the East End of Ojai, is an exquisitely private and historical estate overlooking the beautiful Ojai Valley. The Ranch buildings were designed in 1927 by the well regarded Pasadena architect, Palmer Sabin.  The original owners were Donald and Florence Dickey, also residents of Pasadena.  Donald had first spotted the property when he was a student at Thacher from 1901-1905.
