This enhanced vintage U.S. Army issue parka is the creation of Viewpoint parent Jenifer Meissner. In addition to the wonderful large-scale embroidering of a "leafy seadragon" in seafoam green, it is styled to keep you warm in the winter and comfortable on a cool summer evening. The hood, as well as the lining, buttons on and off, and the parka is all-weather and washable.  Size small is a very generous cut.
