Susan trained as a chef at the French Culinary Institute under the guidance of such esteemed chefs as Andre Soltner, Alain Saihac, and Jacques Pepin. She subsequently ran a successful boutique catering company in New York called Verve Cuisine. Tony is a passionate and accomplished cook and part-owner of Restaurant Brooks in Ventura.
