Dinner will include the best gumbo this side of the French Quarter and a spectacular Louisiana crawfish boil.


Vintage wine pairings will complement this authentic "Big Easy" dining experience.


The musical styling of Ray Parker Jr., in a special acoustical set, provides the evening's entertainment.


Your chefs for the evening will be Viewpoint parents Susan Kresnicka and Tony Rodriquez. Susan trained as a chef at the French Culinary Institute under the guidance of such esteemed chefs as Andre Soltner, Alain Saihac, and Jacques Pepin. She subsequently ran a successful boutique catering company in New York called Verve Cuisine. Tony is a passionate and accomplished cook and part-owner of Restaurant Brooks in Ventura.
