This certificate of credit may be redeemed at Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery in exchange for the Right of Interment for one single grave valued at $650, or can be used as a credit of up to $650 towards the purchase of an interment right on any grave, niche or mausoleum space.

Limitations, terms and conditions:
*Use of the Right of Interment is subject to the rules and regulations of Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
*This certificate may be exchanged as a credit towards a Right of Interment of equal or greater value.  This certificate has no cash value and can not be exchanged for goods and services other than for a right of interment.
*Interment at Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery is limited to Catholics and family members of Catholics previously interred at Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
*This certificate must be redeemed at Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery by October 8, 2009.
