Whether you're new to Yoga or have been practicing for years, you're sure to find classes to suit your needs and schedule. yama studio also provides Yoga Alliance approved yoga teacher training programs by nationally accredited instructors. yama studio offers this yoga teacher training program either residentially or through a nine month non-residential curriculum. Yoga pre-natal teacher training and various workshops, meditation classes and Ayurveda classes and practitioner programs are held daily at yama studio.
