One 10 week course learning Tai Chi. The focus is on Tai Chi for health, relaxation and stress release.
T'ai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art practiced for health and relaxation. Its slow movements help you to reduce stress, improve circulation, and increase your sense of well being. People of all ages and ablilities can practice t'ai chi to increase energy and vitality. It is an exercise that can be practiced for a lifetime. You can easily learn the fundamental principles of t'ai chi in our fun and enjoyable classes taught by experienced instructors. We offer classes for students from beginner to advanced. Our curriculum includes the t'ai chi form, qigong, ichuan standing meditation, push hands, t'ai chi sword, and t'ai chi fan. We have been teaching classes in Baltimore, Towson and surrounding areas for over 15 years. We also offer programs for universities, businesses, senior citizen groups, and schools. Our goal is to help others to improve their health and vitality through the practice of t'ai chi and related arts. Improve health. Relax. Reduce stress. Feel better. Classes are held at 3 different locations - St. John's Church on St. Paul Street, Divinity Lutheran Church on Providence Road and Babcock Presbyterian on Loch Raven Blvd.
