Sunil and Gonne will teach you how to make authentic Northern Indian dishes.  We will start with creating the masala, the base of non-vegetarian dishes.  Then we will progress to frying subzees and rolling koftas. You will learn how to finish basmati elegantly and make that dahl delicious!  The best part is we will enjoy together the subzees, koftas, and curries we've stirred, sauted, simmered and tasted!
