Belly Dancing Basics - 8 week session at the Sahar School of Middle Eastern (Belly) Dance. This class is geared toward students who have either had no previous belly dance experience or some previous instruction in belly dance, but would like to review and solidify the basics.
This class covers the basic vocabulary of Middle Eastern (Belly) Dance moves, including a breakdown of the basic movements, learning muscle isolations, dance conditioning, and dance combinations.
It's a wonderful way to have fun and stay fit at the same time!
