Description
I will teach you how to make naturally leavened, unyeasted sourdough bread (boules and rolls) that is as good as any that you buy at an artisan bakery. I'll provide you with an initial supply of my home-fermented sourdough starter, and teach you how to care for the starter (not as hard as many books make out!) so that you can start new loaves for years to come. We'll mix dough, shape and bake the loaves, and you'll take home the loaves we bake. Lesson in my home kitchen, at a date and time we arrange.
