Not to be confused with the New York Botanical Garden, the BBG occupies 52 acres right next to Prospect Park. In addition to more than 10,000 different kinds of plants in its outdoor and indoor collections, the garden is renowned for its Bonsai Museum. One of the main attractions for Spring is its more than 220 cherry trees; with more than 40 different varieties, its the largest collection in one area.
