In this private class at the Arte Capoeira Center, One East 28^th Street, you and your child will be introduced to the basics of capoeira, a Brazilian martial art which incorporates music and dance elements. You'll practice kicks and escapes, playful animal movements, and learn songs that set the rhythm of the game. Capoeira improves balance, coordination, reflexes and flexibility, and builds self-confidence and creativity.
