The OU Women's Head coach since 1996, Coach Coale has led our women to five Big 12 Regular Season Championships, 70 Academic All-Big 12 honors, four Big 12 Tournament Championships, nine All-District Academic Team members, nine straight NCAA Tournament appearances, six Kodak and State farm All-American honors, four Academic All-America Team Members, and five Sweet 16 appearances.
