Here are two traditional Ethiopian outfits.  The first is a handmade adult sheath with matching scarf.  The border trim consists of colorful jewel tone embroidery.

The second is a girl’s outfit, suitable for a child around six or seven.  It has a top, pants and matching scarf.  The border trim is a burgundy metallic ribbon.

These outfits are gently worn.
