The new children's program at the Manhattan Movement & Arts Center has a variety of classes to offer for children from babies to teenagers. Bring your child to the state-of-the-art performance facility to reveal the potential artist, actors, and creative mind within!

Capoeira is a fast-paced Afro-Brazilian martial arts form that incorporates a  series of swift and powerful movements performed to Brazilian string music in what is known as a "roda" or Capoeira circle. Basic movements consist of circular kicks, cartwheels and whirling handstands on the floor. Students will enjoy ample opportunities to explore self expression through this combination of martial arts, dance and music.
