Winning bidder can choose from one of the following programs from Balanced Athletics.
Girls b Fit
Choose from November 2-December 14th (2009) or January 4-February 22 (2010) held at the Roberts School Gymnasium on Mondays from 3:50-4:50
Girls b Fit is a fun and active class for girls in 1st-4th grades filled with games, relays, obstacle courses, fitness stations and activities that will improve their fitness levels, coordination, agility, endurance and strength. They will also learn to improve flexibility and focus through yoga and about the importance of your mind, spirit and attitude in accomplishing physical goals. All while having fun!!
Winter Cross Training for Girls
Choose from Tuesday Classes November 3-Dec. 15th (2009) or Thursday Classes Jan. 14-Feb. 18th (2010) held at the Roberts School Gymnasium from 4:30-5:45
Girls ages 11-16 stay fit this winer and focus on improving agility, coordination, core strength, and speed. Girls will be challenged while also learning more about their body, fitness, nutrition and the importance of the mind, spirit and attitude in the accomplishment of physical goals.
