Drawing upon influences from around the world, Chef DeJuan Roy changes his menu offerings seasonally, creating innovative flavor combinations that highlight fresh local seafood and produce.  Serving breakfast and lunch daily, the 95 Cordova also features New World Sunday Brunch, served from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., a feast for the senses featuring an array of outstanding fresh seafood, salads, made-to-order omelets and waffles, carving stations, entrées, and desserts.
