Just under 2 hours from NYC, the house is located in the heart of Dutchess County - 15 minutes from the town of Rhinebeck and Hyde Park.

Local activities include:  visting the FDR home in Hyde Park and the town of Rhinebeck, flea market at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds and hiking/walking in Ferncliff State Park.
