Description

We get no kick from champagne

We prefer our grapes to be grown a bit further south in the Bordeaux region, thank you very much.

This magnum bottle of 2004 Château Lafite Rothschild will be a perfect addition to your collection or the ideal centerpiece for your dinner table. Produced in the Pauillac Bordeaux area of France, it features a dry taste and red color.

Wine Advocate's Robert Parker and Wine Spectator give it an average rating of 93 points. But, this wine was getting rave reviews all the way back in 1855 when Abraham Lawton-the most important winebroker of his time-"ranked it as being the most elegant and delicate, with the finest body of the three (leading wines)." We think he hit it right on the nose.
