SAY CHEESE

A four-hour excursion with a very opinionated Professional Cheesemonger and Advisor to the Trade. The first part will be a short meeting of approximately one half hour (in a café of the winner's choice) where some basics will be covered regarding cheese and how to purchase it, what to look for, seasonality, quality assessment, etc. The remaining three hours will be spent in various cheese shops, buying cheese.
