CAKE BY NUMBERS

Apparently, Playwrights Horizons Business Manager Suzen Bria also knows how to get down to business in the kitchen.  Her Fallen Chocolate Souffle Cake took home First Prize in the 2005 PH Bake-Off Contest.  And long before it made its way into our modest event, this dessert was featured at the prestigious and curiously unpublicized Yale School of Drama Bake-Off winning "Mordecai Award" for richest dessert and "Best Use of Chocolate."

(Right about now you may be asking yourself "don't these theater people have anything better to do with their time?")
