Melody Schoenfeld, CSCS, CMT, RKC is a certified, highly educated personal trainer with well over 15 years of training experience in many different disciplines. In addition to an excellent success record in creating fun, individualized training programs that help people to reach their weight loss, athletic performance, and muscle gain needs, Melody has the following experience:

Melody has studied with physical therapists and chiropractors, accruing considerable experience in injury rehabilitation. While serving as a training assistant to intramural football and soccer teams, she developed her skills in assisted stretching and warm-up exercises. She has helped with rehabilitation work with team members as well. Melody also is a Certified Massage Therapist with significant training in various modalities, including Thai, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, Chair, and Deep Tissue massage.
