Kaki and David Allan have graciously offered their North Bayfront Balboa Island home for a FSHA family to bring their friends and/or relatives, up to 12 guests, to enjoy the sun and the beach.  You and your guests will be treated to a barbecue chicken luncheon with all the fixings, plenty of non-alcoholic refreshments, and dessert.  You can just lounge on the deck, bay beach or on the dock and soak up the sun, or take a jog or stroll around Balboa Island and take in the quaint island shops.  The Allans will provide beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards and kayaks.

The house is located on the northwest corner of North Bayfront and Onyx, one block from the Balboa Island Bridge and the main street of Marine Avenue.

There is a Catholic Mass within walking distance at St. Vianney Catholic Church on Sundays at 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

Restrictions: FSHA families and their friends/or relatives only. Winners can choose either Sunday, June 14, 2009 or Sunday. June 28, 2009, from 9:00a.m. – 5:00 p.m. There must be two responsible adults in the group. Parking is available for one medium sized car. If you are bringing more than one car, you will need to find a second parking space. The earlier you arrive, the better the parking.  Just bring your beach towels and sun block.
