Spend your evening on May 14th enjoying music and dance from Aboriginal Australia, Papua New Guinea, and West Papua.

Exploring the vibrant cultural links between Aboriginal Australia and its closest neighbors, Sing Sing - named for a tak pidgin term for large musical gathering - features the finest artists from Oceania. They share the stories, heritage, and experiences of the region's people and the land through song, dance, and video projections. At times, Sing Sing creates an exhilarating wall of sound with pulsating slit-log drumming, dynamic walls of choral vocals, and sublime world fusion grooves. At other times it is hauntingly spare, as solitary bamboo flute of solo traditional vocals gently float across the audience.
