Bracelet measures 8.5" in length.

About the artist:

Jessica Lee was born in Chicago to parents who are both painters. After traveling across the US, Europe, and Asia, Jessica settled in Santa Cruz, California where she has a work studio.

While she was in high school, Jessica began making intricate beaded jewelry. In 1991, she started Seaglass Designs using seaglass recycled materials such as vintage buttons and stained glass, but most of the jewelry is made using vintage pottery collected from antique shops, auctions, thrift shops, and friends and family.

Jessica has studied jewelry design in San Francisco where she apprenticed under several prominent silversmiths. Her education gave her the tools to work, but her creativity gave her the ability to envision the potentail of found objects and use them in a new way. Though she has been formally educated, Jessica find that the most important lessons come from trial and error and not being afriad to try something new.
