Your choice of one of the following:

1. For Employee Audience: "Exceptional Employee Skills: How To Demonstrate Exceptional Behavior On The Job" (How to impress your boss!)  or
   


2. For Employer Audience: "Exceptional New Employee Onboarding Strategies for Employers" (How to effectively orientate or onboard new employees/hires and still make a profit!)

Each session would be 2.0 hours and valued at $500 for each session.  I deliver these sessions using powerpoint and my sessions have been described as dynamic, interactive and the content has "Monday morning application".  The sessions could be held at the Dearborn Chamber of Commerce or at a site of the winner's choosing.  A session that includes a minimum of 5 attendees would be ideal.
