This donation is only good for one person and shall be redeemed within one year.  This donation shall only include the drafting and execution of a last will and testament, durable power of attorney, health care proxy, and living will.  Should the Recipient's require advanced estate planning techniques, elder law planning, or trust preparation, Attorney Christensen and Recipient shall execute a fee agreement for an additional attorney's fee.
