Enjoy a fall, winter,or summer 3-day weekend in the newly constructed Stowe Mountain Lodge, located at Spruce Peak in the Stowe Mountain Ski Resort. You will stay in a Front Four residence complete with four bedrooms on the upper two floors of the Lodge. This ski in/ski out residence is complete with all the amenities including flat panel TV's and a private balcony overlooking the Stowe Mountain resort. Depending upon the season, you will have access to skiing at Stowe Mountain or golf on a newly constructed 18-hole golf course designed by Bob Cupp. Nothing has been overlooked at this spectacular property that is Stowe's answer to competition from Western ski resorts.

Restrictions: Item available for use between December 2009 through October 31, 2010. The 3-day weekend must begin or end on a Sunday. Purchaser must work with donors to insure availability on the desired weekend. This is a fractional ownership interest with availability subject to a lottery system run by the Stowe Mountain Lodge.Donors will make every attempt to accommodate purchaser's request but there are limitations beyond their control, especially availability during peak holidays. Donors will pay guest fees that may be required. Purchaser is responsible for ski lift tickets or golf course fees.
