Julie Rose, owner of Effortless Edibles and cooking instructor at Whole Foods, Shubies, North Shore Community College and Eurostoves, will come to your home to teach a fun-filled class. (Julie will provide the appropriate ingredients.) Choose one from the following:
"Summer Sippin" Learn how to make some great summer cocktails, e.g. Passion Fruitini, Key Lime Martini. Garnish these drinks in interesting ways and pair them with new and interesting hors d'oeuvres such as Greek Chicken Skewers and Artichoke Spinach Dip topped with almond crunch.
"Classic Cocktails" Ever wonder why Cosmopolitans always taste better in a bar? Learn two versions of the classic Cosmo,along with a Classic Cuban Mojito. Make spectacular hors d'oeuvres to accompany these including roasted pancetta topped with goat cheese and pear, gorgonzola grapes, Caribbean shrimp, and gingery beef skewers.
Must be used at a mutually convenient time and location before June 19, 2010.
