"We take great delight in working together to produce our stoneware pottery. Living in a rural county like Mathews, VA gives us the space and quiet needed to create.
We enjoy the production routine we have in which we produce functional pots people can use on an everyday basis.
Applying a lot of color to the surface of our pots has always been a part of our work. We use three different base glazes and then splash and brush oxide washes over the glazes to produce these colors.
We feel truly blessed to work in the beautiful place we have and to be able to work together doing what we love to do - make pots."
