Glenn is a Newport News native who began drawing and painting watercolor as a Landscape Architecture student at Virginia Tech.  As a member of the Virginia House of Delegates representing Newport News, Glenn identifies historical markers in the 94th District and captures them in drawings titled "District Drawings by Delegate Glenn Oder."  This drawing captures a Chesapeake Bay workboat named "Virginia" as she is moored in the Deep Creek Harbor of Newport News.
