The lucky winner will learn to deeply relax during three yoga classes, taught by Maggie Sky in Natick! By using restorative yoga postures, deep breathing, muscle relaxation, energy shifting strategies, and mind/body techniques, you will learn to deeply relax, improving your health and your mood!
